Our highest priority is the safety of our guests. Due to the current situation and the unpredictable development in our destination areas, we recommend all guests that are supposed to travel until April 10, 2020 not to take the trip and offer you the options of a free rebooking at a later date of your choice.
You will receive a travel voucher with the credit of the travel value. This can be used for new bookings at any time.
All major airlines offer the same rebooking options. If you have already booked a flight, you can postpone it as well as the stay at Puresurfcamps, without any problems and additional costs. Of course, our team will be happy to help you with the rebooking. Just ask us, we are happy to help!
To date, no suspected cases or illnesses have occurred in any of the current open Pure Surf Camps. Nevertheless, the measures taken are very noticeable to us in many places.
Since yesterday (until 31.3.) Morocco has been banned from entering and leaving the country.
There are severe restrictions in public life in Portugal. Bars, restaurants, schools and kindergartens remain closed. Beaches are also cordoned off and surf courses are no longer permitted. These measures are expected to apply until April 11th.
We hope that we can resume normal operations as soon as possible. It goes without saying that we adhere to all the rules that have been laid down and thus help to overcome this crisis as quickly as possible.
We are currently not aware of any restrictions for trips from April 11th. We will keep you up to date every week from now on. We currently assume that our camps will take place as planned in the coming months and also in summer.
The most important thing at this point is to remain positive. Together we will overcome this crisis and can then enjoy the vacation and the waves even more. Our team continues to work at full speed and is happy to assist and advise you. Pure surf camps rely on honesty and trust. That is why we honestly say that we are facing the most difficult time since the company was founded.
